Travel grants

European Physical Society has sponsored 2 travel grants for graduate students participating in the conference. The grant is in the amount of 350 EUR each. If you are interested in obtaining one please write a letter to the Organizers requesting it. Include the list of publications and a statement about your intended contribution to the meeting.

We are pleased to announce that the travel grants have been awarded to Roberto Covino, University of Trento, ITALY and Svetlana Hristova, Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, Sofia, BULGARIA.

Payment

The early bird payment deadline is March 1^st 2013. Our mission is to provide an informal, creative atmosphere and highly interactive nature of this meeting, hence the number of participants is limited to ca. 100 persons. Registration will be on a first-come first-served basis. The place is booked only after payment of the conference fee. Payment is non-refundable but can be transferred for another person.

The conference fee includes all local expenses:

admission to the conference
conference materials
coffee breaks
meals
accommodation (***/**) either in the Castle or in Podzamcze
group transportation from Warsaw to Pultusk on May 15^th and back on May 19^th 2013

Invited Speakers and Members of the International Advisory Board are exempted from fee

One-day fee for the admission to the scientific sessions, lunch, coffee breaks, conference materials on Thursday, Friday, Saturday; or opening lectures and dinner at the bonfire on Wednesday is 400 PLN / 100 EUR / 135 USD. Please register and submit your abstract online, and then send an e-mail to the organizers to specify the exact dates.
