Travel grants

Polish Biochemical Society has sponsored two travel grants for graduate students participating in the conference. The grant is in the amount of 1800 PLN each to cover the full conference fee.

The travel grants funded by the Polish Biochemical Society have been awarded to:

Sylwia Pawłowska, Institute of Fundamental Technological Research PAS, Warsaw, Poland

European Physical Society has sponsored two travel grants for Young Physicists participating in the conference. The grant is in the amount of 350 EUR each to partially cover the conference fee.

The travel grants funded by the European Physical Society have been awarded to:

Papia Chowdhury, Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Uttar Pradesh, India
Mateusz Sikora, IST Austria, Klosterneuburg, Austria shared with Anastasiia Kovba, Taras Shevchenko National University, Kyiv (Ukraine)

Payment

The early bird payment deadline is March 1^st 2015. Our mission is to provide an informal, creative atmosphere and highly interactive nature of this meeting, hence the number of participants is limited to ca. 100 persons. Registration will be on a first-come first-served basis. The place is booked only after payment of the conference fee. Payment is non-refundable but can be transferred for another person.

The conference fee includes all local expenses from Wednesday to Sunday:

admission to the conference
conference materials
coffee breaks
meals
four star accommodation in Mlyn Jacka (Jacek's Mill) hotel & spa
group transportation from Krakow or Sucha Beskidzka to Jaroszowice on May 13^th 2015 and back on May 17^th 2015

Invited Speakers and Members of the International Advisory Board are exempted from fee

One-day fee for the admission to the scientific sessions, lunch, coffee breaks, conference materials on Thursday, Friday, Saturday; or opening lectures and dinner at the bonfire on Wednesday is 400 PLN / 100 EUR / 135 USD. Please register and submit your abstract online, and then send an e-mail to the organizers to specify the exact dates.

Hotel night is from 14.00 (2 p.m.) to 12.00 (noon).

Any expenses not covered by the conference fee (additional nights, beverages, telephone calls, etc.) must be paid directly to the conference venue during your stay.
