Abstract submission for poster presentations is open until April, 14th. Please, submit your abstract here.
Payment
The early bird payment deadline is March 31st 2019.
Our mission is to provide an informal, creative atmosphere and highly interactive nature of this meeting, hence the number of participants is limited to ca. 130 persons. Registration is on a first-come first-served basis. The place is booked only after payment of the conference fee. Payment is non-refundable but can be transferred for another person.
The conference fee includes:
- admission to the lectures and poster sessions
- conference materials
- coffee breaks
- lunches on May 16th, 17th and 18th
- dinners on May 15th, 16th, 17th and 18th
- group transportation from Gdańsk Główny (Main) train station to Hotel Kozi Gród and Hotel Venus on May 15th 2019 and back on May 19th 2019

Invited Speakers and Members of the International Advisory Board are exempted from fee
One-day fee for the admission to the scientific sessions, lunch, coffee breaks, conference materials on Thursday, Friday, Saturday is 500 PLN. The fee for the opening lecture and dinner at the bonfire on Wednesday is 200 PLN. Please register and submit your abstract online, and then send an e-mail to the Conference Office to specify the exact dates.

Electronic invoices will be made out and sent to the participants by e-mail after the payment posting.
Accommodation
Accomodation is available in the venue, Hotel Kozi Gród, or in the Hotel Venus, which is placed 11 km from the venue. Transportation to and from the venue will be provided by the conference busses. Please, specify your choice of accommodation in the registration form. The accommodation will be confirmed by the conference office and then the participants will be charged with the costs directly by the hotels.
Prices are per room per four nights including breakfasts. The prices are guaranteed till March, 31st:

Twin room or double room for single use: 1348 PLN
Three-bed room: 1972 PLN
Four-bed studio (two rooms): 2696 PLN
In case you would like to book one bed in a multi-bed room, please ask the conference office about the availability
Hotel Venus
Single room: 600 PLN
Twin room: 880 PLN
Three-bed room: 1320 PLN
Any expenses not covered by the conference fee (accommodation, additional beverages, telephone calls, etc.) must be paid directly to the hotels.
